How do I make someone a Program Admin?
Sometimes, you want more than one person managing a CoffeePals program. Here's how to make changes to the admins.
Get Started
- Go to the dashboard. Send the command "Dashboard" to the app in a personal message. This will send you a login link to access the dashboard.
- Once you are in the dashboard, click the Programs button in the left menu to show the list of programs.
- Find and click the program you wish to configure
- Click the Configuration tab
- Open the Program Details section by clicking Edit, and press the Edit Admins button
What can admins do?
Admins are responsible for making the program a success. Admins of the program are able to:
- View analytics
- View the match history
- Make changes to the program configuration
- Make changes to the users in the team
- Pause or resume the program
