How can I stop or pause a Program?

To pause a program, log into the dashboard and select "Programs" from the left menu. Click on the program you want to pause. Once you are in the program, click the "Pause Program". This will ensure that the program will stop running and will keep it visible on the dashboard.
To archive a program, log into the dashboard and select "Programs" from the left menu. Click on the program you want to archive. Once you are in the program, press on the three dots next to “Pause program”, and click on Archive program. This will ensure that the program will stop running and will hide it on the dashboard.
To remove the app in Microsoft Teams, simply click the three dots beside the team name that has the CoffeePals app installed, then click manage team. In the top bar, you will see a tab called Apps, go to that tab and find CoffeePals. Click the garbage can icon next to CoffeePals to remove it. This will ensure that your team is no longer synced to CoffeePals, however, if you want to remove the audience from the dashboard, you will need to delete it from the audience page.
Alternatively, you can also delete the team in Microsoft Teams which will stop syncing the audience.
Note that: Pausing a program keeps it visible in the program list page making it easy to resume it; Archiving a program hides it from the program list page, but can easily be retrieved by choosing "Archive" in the status filter; Removing CoffeePals will require re-installing it in the future in case you decide to resume using it.
