How do I create CoffeeMaker questions?
Feeling creative? Send custom coffee maker questions to your Teams' channel. It could be that you know exactly what the best questions are to ask your team, or you want to ask questions that are specific to your organization. In this article, you'll learn how to add your own questions.
Custom CoffeeMaker questions is available on our Pro and Enterprise plans.
To get started, make you've added CoffeePals to a Team and created a CoffeeMaker program type.
Log into the Dashboard.
Click on Programs
Find and press on the CoffeeMaker Program that is currently running, and to which you would like to add a question
Click on the Configuration tab
Scroll down to the Question Queue and click the Add Question button.
Here, you can create your own prompt by adding some text and a picture to go along with it.
Once you create the question, the question will appear at the top of the list.
Yes, you can! Use the drag button on the left side of the prompt table to move the order of the question.
Yes! To shuffle question, click the Options button at the top of the Question Queue, then click "Shuffle queue". This will put all the questions in a new random order.
Yes! You can delete and edit questions. To do this, click the down arrow to the right of the question in the table. You can also move questions to the top of the queue.
Maybe you don't want to delete a question, but you want to disable it for now. Use the slider in the question settings to enable and disable the question.
