How do I create Coffee Maker questions?
Feeling creative? Send custom coffee maker questions to your Teams' channel. It could be that you know exactly what the best questions are to ask your team, or you want to ask questions that are company specific. In this article, you'll learn how to add your own questions.
Custom coffee maker questions is available on our pro plan.
To get started, make you've added CoffeePals to a Team.
Log into the Dashboard.
Click the Team Settings Page in the dashboard.
Click Manage Team Button on the team you want to create questions for.
Click the Coffee Maker Settings tab.
Scroll down to the Question Queue and click the Add Question button.
Here, you can create your own prompt by adding some text and a picture to go along with it.
Once you create the question, the question will appear at the top of the list.
Yes, you can! Use the drag button on the left side of the prompt table to move the order of the question.
Yes! To shuffle question, click the Options button at the top of the Question Queue, then click "Shuffle queue". This will put all the questions in a new random order.
Yes! You can delete and edit questions. Currently, you can only edit questions that you've created. To do this, click the settings button to the right of the question in the table. You can also move questions to the top of the queue or the bottom.
Maybe you don't want to delete a question, but you want to disable it for now. Use the slider on the question row to enable and disable the question.
No, at this time, you can only create questions for a single team.
