How do I get to the subscription page?
If you need to create a new account or make changes to your billing settings, you can do so on the billing page. To access the billing page:
Sign in to the dashboard.
Click Subscription in the left side menu.
Here, you can create or view the subscriptions in your organization.
Adding a Credit Card
Add a credit card during your free trial so that your teams don't lose access when your trial ends. Here, you can also change your billing address. To add a credit card:
Click Subscription on the left side menu.
Find your subscription and click on its name, if multiple subscriptions exist.
Under payment methods click on the "Add Card" button
Fill out the required information
Updating your billing information
In the event that your card or billing address change, you can follow these steps to update them:
Click Subscription on the left side menu.
Find your subscription and click on its name, if multiple subscriptions exist.
Press on the three dots to change the credit card on file, or on the "Edit" button to change the address on file.
Changing your plan
If you wish to change your plan billing period:
Click Subscription on the left side menu.
Find your subscription and click on its name, if multiple subscriptions exist.
Click on Change Plan.
Choose the Annual or Monthly option, and click on Next to finalize the new plan selection.
Additional Information
Invoices
CoffeePals will email a copy of your paid invoice every billing period. You can also view your invoices on the subscription page. To get a history of your invoices:
Click Subscription on the left side menu.
Find your subscription and click on its name, if multiple subscriptions exist.
Press the Three Dots next to the Change Plan button.
Select Invoice History and press the download button for any invoice you'd like to see.
How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your plan at any time and move back to the free tier. Once you cancel your plan, no further payments will be taken but we will not issue refunds once a payment has been made. If you wish to cancel your plan:
Click Subscription on the left side menu.
Find your subscription and click on its name, if multiple subscriptions exist.
Press the Three Dots next to the Change Plan button.
Press Cancel Subscription
Stop CoffeePals programs and uninstall the app by following this guide.
