How do I upgrade my subscription?

Here's everything you need to know to upgrade your subscription to the Pro plan.

How to upgrade to the pro plan



Make sure you've installed the CoffeePals app on a team in Microsoft Teams. If you're not sure how to do that, click here.

Access the dashboard.

Click Subscriptions in the left side menu of the dashboard.



Once on the subscription page, click on "Start 14 day free trial"



The prices shown on the subscription page are for the smallest tier of 1-25 active users. Your billing amount might be different depending on how many active users your organization will have with CoffeePals. To get an idea of how much CoffeePals will cost, you can use the slider on the top of the page.

Select your billing period (monthly or annually)



Fill in your Billing Information, and you can choose to enter your card information or to add your card later



Adding payment information for your trial is optional though recommend so you don't lose access when your trial expires.

After accepting the terms and conditions, press "Finish" and voila, your subscription is created.



That's it! You now have access to all the pro features for all your programs. Click Programs in the left side menu to access all the features included in the pro plan.
