How do I upgrade my subscription?

Here's everything you need to know to upgrade your subscription to the Pro plan.

How to upgrade to the pro plan



Make sure you've installed the CoffeePals app on a team in Microsoft Teams. If you're not sure how to do that, click here.

Access the dashboard.

Click Subscriptions in the left side menu of the dashboard.



Once on the subscription page, click the get started button.



Select your billing period (monthly or annually) and click Start free 14 day trial.



After accepting the terms and conditions, update your payment information.

Adding payment information for your trial is optional though recommend so you don't lose access when your trial expires.



Select the CoffeePals teams that you want to have access to your subscription. Members of these teams will be counted in your active user count. Users in multiple teams will only be counted as a single active user.



Click the Finish button in the bottom right and voila, your subscription is created.

That's it! You now have access to all the pro features. Click Team settings in the left side menu to access all the features included in the pro plan.
