How do I access the dashboard?

To access the dashboard, send a personal message to the CoffeePals App in Microsoft Teams with the command "Dashboard". This will send you a login link to the dashboard.

What can I do in the dashboard?

The dashboard is where you can manage your programs and get insights on how people are connecting. In the dashboard, you will see the following menus:

Home: Homepage that hosts information about CoffeePals, programs, and latest connections
Programs: Manage each CoffeePals program created for your organization.
Personal Settings: View programs you are a part of, manage personal settings, and view connection history.
Audiences: View and manage audiences in your organization.
Subscription: Manage your subscription account settings.

Who can access the dashboard?

Anyone in your organization can access the dashboard. We use a passwordless, secure login link to authenticate your CoffeePals account. This automatically syncs with your Microsoft Teams account and allows you to log in directly from the CoffeePals app in Teams. You can learn more about permissions here.
