CoffeePals allows organizations to match up to 24 people for free under one program!

What's included on the Starter Plan



On the Starter Plan, you can match up to 24 users in pairs under one program. Matches are sent every week on Tuesdays at 10AM. You can configure the timezone in the program settings to match the timezone your team is in.

On the Starter Plan, you can also use a CoffeeMaker program with up to 24 users.

If my team has more than 24 people in it, what happens?



If your team or organization exceeds 24 members, we will conclude the CoffeeMaker program after the first three questions have been posted. For our matching programs, we prioritize the initial 24 users who join the team; unfortunately, any additional members beyond this number will not be included in the matching process.

Can I change the group size to more than 2?



The Starter Plan only includes pairs of two. You can start a free trial to our Pro Plan to start matching in groups of 3-8.

Can I change the frequency?



On the Starter Plan, you can change the frequency for any program from anywhere from 1-12 weeks.

Can I see analytics of how my team is matching?



Yes, you can see how many matches have occurred and how many CoffeeMaker topics have taken place. If you want to see if users have reported meeting, how many times each user reported meeting, and other metrics you will need to upgrade to our Pro Plan.

Someone in my Microsoft Teams tenant already has a CoffeePals program on the Starter Plan. Can I create a second one?



Yes, you can create a new organization with a started plan which allows you to have an additional matching and CoffeeMaker program.
