How can I change an audience owner?

Sometimes, you want to change the audience owner because they either no longer want to manage CoffeePals or are leaving the organization. Here's how to change the audience owner.

Get Started



Go to the dashboard. Send the command "Dashboard" to the app in a personal message. This will send you a login link to access the dashboard.
Once you are in the dashboard, click the Audiences button in the left menu to show the list of programs.
Find the audience you wish to configure
Click the three dots next to the audience name
Press the Edit button, under the "Owner and Admins" section
Find the admin you want to make the new owner (if there are no admins, you will have to first the user as an admin)
Press on the Downward Arrow next to "Admin"
Click on Transfer Ownership


An audience can have only one owner.

What if the current owner left the organization already?



If the current owner left the organization without transferring ownership to someone else, you can send an email to support@coffeepals.com asking to transfer ownership, while:

CC'ing the email of the current owner
Specifying who the new owner should be (including their email)
Specifying which audience should be updated

Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will be notified once the change is done!
