CoffeePals uses AI to enhance specific features while maintaining strict privacy and control for every customer.

What We Use AI For

We use AI to support select in-product capabilities, such as:

• Summarizing survey feedback
• Providing faster insights from program engagement metrics

All AI functionality is powered by Amazon Bedrock and open-source models.

Your Data and Model Training

Your data is never used to train AI models.

All processing happens securely within Amazon Bedrock’s managed environment, and models do not learn from or retain your information.

Full Control Over AI Usage

You have complete control over how AI is used in CoffeePals.

Under Organization Settings, you can disable all AI features at any time. When disabled, no AI processing occurs for your organization.
