I already met with my match, why do I keep getting reminded?

Match Met Card

A few days after a match cycle begins and you receive your Match Card you will receive another card asking you if you had the chance to meet with your match! Depending on your answer, you might receive another card before the start of the following match cycle:

Yes ✅ - We record that you met with your match group; we won't send you or your match group another card.
It's scheduled 📆 - We record that you scheduled your call with your match group; we will send you and your match group another card.
No ❌ - We record that you have not met with your match group; we will send you and your match group another card.

Why do you send the Match Met Card?

Since Microsoft does not provide us with the ability to automatically record your meetings with your match group, we have to resort to asking you!

I made a mistake in my Match Met Card answer, can I change it?

Yes! We've made it possible for your to record and edit your response for each match group:

Access the CoffeePals Dashboard
Click on the Personal Settings button


Click on the Connection History tab


Record or Update your match history by choosing one of the options under Did you meet?
