How to Configure Meeting and Program Surveys

Surveys are a powerful way to gather feedback and insights about your CoffeePals program. This guide will walk you through configuring Program Surveys and Meeting Surveys to collect valuable data from your participants.

Each program template includes pre-defined questions tailored to the specific template. These questions are designed to suit the program's goals and help you start collecting feedback immediately.

Program Surveys

Program Surveys allow you to survey users after every 4 match cycles to gather feedback on the program's overall performance.

How to Configure Program Surveys

Navigate to the Program: Go to the program you want to configure surveys for.
Open the Configuration Tab: Click on the Configuration tab within the program.
Scroll to Program Surveys: Scroll down until you see the Program Surveys section.
Modify or Add Questions:
You can edit existing questions or add your own.

Choose from three question types:
Single Choice
Multiple Choice
Text-Based Questions

Viewing Program Survey Results

Results are displayed in the Analytics Tab at the bottom:
View answers for the most recent match cycle.
Analyze trends over time using the provided line graph.

Meeting Surveys

Meeting Surveys are short questionnaires completed after participants report meeting someone. These surveys help gauge the success of individual conversations.

How to Configure Meeting Surveys

Navigate to the Program: Access the program you want to configure match surveys for.
Open the Configuration Tab: Click on the Configuration tab within the program.
Scroll to Meeting Surveys: Locate the Meeting Surveys section.
Modify or Add Questions:
Edit existing questions or create new ones.
Available question types:
Single Choice
Multiple Choice
Text-Based Questions

Viewing Meeting Survey Results

Match survey answers are also available in the Analytics Tab:
View results for the latest match cycle.
